Ideea mi-a venit acum cateva zile cand treceam pe langa o patiserie si i-am zarit in geam. Da pe ei, acesti minunati crenvursti in aluat.Si cum stiam ca ai mei vor fi mai gustosi, mai aratosi, am dat iama in caietul cu retete al mamei. Dar nu m-am oprit aici, am si sunat-o intreband-o insistent ce as putea face ca ai mei crenvursti sa arate nemaipomenit. Bineinteles ca am gasit toate raspunsurile de care aveam nevoie. Reteta este simpla, aperitivele sunt gustoase, impresia facuta: Maxima! Nu mai lungesc vorba si va redau toata tevatura:

Ingrediente:
aluat foietaj(400 grame)
-putem sa-l cumparam sau sa-l facem:

10 crenvursti/carnaciori subtiri
1 ou

Intindem aluatul fraged intr-o foaie subtire de cam 1 cm jumatate inaltime si aranjam la distanta de o palma crenvurstii.

Taiem in dreptunghiuri egale aluatul, dupa care franjuram in fasii egale,(cam de 2 cm) marginile aluatului si apoi le impletim peste crenvurst.

Batem un ou cu putina sare si o lingura de apa cu care ungem suprafata rulourilor. Dam la cuptor cam 20 de minute si gata !
